The Perfect Wisdom of THAT I AM (from the Proverbs of Solomon) Editor's notes follow. This page is dedicated to the innocent cat, brutally murdered by our careless automobile driving -- a grotesque and glaring injustice! 10:01 A wise son makes a glad father yet a foolish son is the heaviness of his mother 10:02 Treasures of wickedness profit nothing yet righteousness delivers from death 10:03 THAT I AM will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish yet IT casts away the substance of the wicked 10:04 He becomes poor that deals with a slack hand yet the hand of the diligent makes rich 10:05 He that gathers in summer is a wise son yet he that sleeps in harvest is a son who causes shame 10:06 Blessings are on the head of the just yet violence covers the mouth of the wicked 10:07 The memory of the just is blessed yet the name of the wicked will rot 10:08 The wise in heart will receive commandments yet a prating fool will fall 10:09 He that walks uprightly walks surely yet he that perverts his ways will be made known 10:10 He that winks with the eye causes sorrow and a prating fool will fall 10:11 The mouth of the righteous man is a well of life yet violence covers the mouth of the wicked 10:12 Hatred stirs up strifes yet love covers all offenses 10:13 In the lips of him that has understanding wisdom is found yet a rod is for the back of him who lacks understanding 10:14 Wise men lay up knowledge yet the mouth of the foolish is near destruction 10:15 The rich man's wealth is his strong city the destruction of the poor is their poverty 10:16 The labor of the righteous tends to life the product of the wicked to sin 10:17 He is in the way that keeps instruction yet he that refuses reproof errs 10:18 He that hides hatred has lying lips and he that utters a slander is a fool 10:19 In the multitude of words there wants not sin so he that refrains his lips is wise 10:20 The tongue of the just is like choice silver the heart of the wicked is of little worth 10:21 The lips of the righteous feed many yet fools die for want of wisdom 10:22 The blessing of THAT I AM makes rich and IT adds no sorrow with it 10:23 It is like sport to a fool to do mischief yet a man of understanding has wisdom 10:24 What the wicked fear will come upon them yet the desire of the righteous will be granted 10:25 Like the whirlwind comes and goes so the wicked is no more yet the righteous has an everlasting foundation 10:26 Like vinegar to the teeth and smoke to the eyes so is the sluggard to one who sends him 10:27 The fear of THAT I AM prolongs days yet the years of the wicked will be shortened 10:28 The hope of the righteous will be gladness yet the expectation of the wicked will rot 10:29 The way of THAT I AM is strength to the upright yet destruction will be to the workers of iniquity 10:30 The righteous will never be removed yet the wicked will not inhabit the earth 10:31 The mouth of the just brings forth wisdom yet the froward tongue will be cut out 10:32 The lips of the righteous know what is acceptable yet the mouth of the wicked speaks frowardness 11:01 A false balance is abomination to THAT I AM yet a just weight is ITS delight 11:02 With pride comes shame also yet with the lowly is wisdom 11:03 The integrity of the upright will guide them yet the perverseness of transgressors will destroy them 11:04 Riches profit nothing in the day of wrath yet righteousness delivers from death 11:05 The righteousness of the perfect will direct his way yet the wicked will fall by his own wickedness 11:06 The righteousness of the upright will deliver him yet transgressors will be taken in their own naughtiness 11:07 When a wicked man dies his expectation will perish and the hope of unjust men perishes 11:08 The righteous is delivered out of trouble and the wicked comes in his stead 11:09 A hypocrite with his mouth destroys his neighbor yet through knowledge the just will be delivered 11:10 When it goes well with the righteous the city rejoices and when the wicked perish there is shouting 11:11 By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted yet it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked 11:12 He that is void of wisdom despises his neighbor yet a man of understanding holds his peace 11:13 A talebearer reveals secrets yet he that is of a faithful spirit conceals the matter 11:14 The people fall where there is no counsel yet in the multitude of counsellors there is safety 11:15 He that is surety for a stranger will smart for it and he that hates suretship is sure 11:16 A gracious woman retains honor and strong men retain riches 11:17 The merciful man does good to his own soul yet he that is cruel troubles his own flesh 11:18 The wicked work a deceitful work yet to him that sows righteousness will be a sure reward 11:19 In the way that righteousness tends to life so he that pursues evil pursues it to his own death 11:20 They that are of a froward heart are abomination to THAT I AM yet such that are upright in their way are ITS delight 11:21 Though hand join in hand the wicked will not be unpunished yet the seed of the righteous will be delivered 11:22 Like a jewel of gold in a swine's snout so is a fair woman who lacks discretion 11:23 The desire of the righteous is only good yet the expectation of the wicked is wrath 11:24 There is that scatters and yet increases and there is that withholds more than is meet yet it tends to poverty 11:25 The liberal soul will be made fat and he that waters will be watered also himself 11:26 He that withholds corn will be cursed by the people yet blessings will be upon the head of him that sells it 11:27 He that diligently seeks good procures favor yet mischief will come to one that seeks mischief 11:28 He that trusts in his riches will fall yet the righteous will flourish like a branch 11:29 He that troubles his own house will inherit the wind and the fool will be servant to the wise of heart 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life and he that wins souls is wise 11:31 Behold! The righteous will be recompensed in the earth much more the wicked and the sinner 12:01 Whoso loves instruction loves knowledge yet he that hates reproof is a brutish man 12.02 A good man obtains the favor of THAT I AM yet a man of wicked devices IT will condemn 12:03 A man will not be established by wickedness yet the root of the righteous will not be moved 12:04 A virtuous woman is a crown to her husband yet she that makes ashamed is like rottenness in his bones 12:05 The thoughts of the righteous are right yet the counsels of the wicked are deceit 12:06 The words of the wicked are to lie in wait for blood yet the mouth of the upright will deliver them 12:07 The wicked are overthrown and are not yet the house of the righteous will stand 12:08 A man will be commended according to his wisdom yet he that is of a perverse heart will be despised 12:09 He that is despised yet has a servant is better than he that honors himself and lacks bread 12:10 A righteous man regards the life of his beast yet the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel 12:11 He that tills his land will be satisfied with bread yet he that follows vain persons is void of understanding 12:12 The wicked desires the net of evil men yet the root of the righteous yields products 12:13 The wicked is snared by the transgression of his lips yet the just will come out of trouble 12:14 A man will be satisfied with good by the product of his mouth and the recompense of a man's hands will be rendered unto him 12:15 The way of a fool is right in his own eyes yet he that hearkens unto counsel is wise 12:16 A fool's wrath is presently known yet a prudent man covers shame 12:17 He that speaks truth shows righteousness yet a false witness shows deceit 12:18 There is that speaks like the piercings of a sword yet the tongue of the wise brings healing 12:19 The lip of truth will be established forever yet a lying tongue is for a moment 12:20 Deceit is in the heart of them that imagine evil yet to the counsellors of peace is joy 12:21 There will no evil happen to the just yet the wicked will be filled with mischief 12:22 Lying lips are abomination to THAT I AM yet they that deal truly are ITS delight 12:23 A prudent man conceals knowledge yet the heart of fools proclaims foolishness 12:24 The hand of the diligent will bear rule yet the slothful will be under tribute 12:25 Heaviness in the heart of man makes it stoop yet a good word makes it glad 12:26 The righteous is more excellent than his neighbor yet the way of the wicked seduces them 12:27 The slothful man roasts not that which he took in hunting yet the substance of a diligent man is precious wealth 12:28 In the way of righteousness is life and in the pathway thereof there is no death 13:01 A wise son hears his father's instruction yet a scorner hears not rebuke 13:02 A mam will eat good by the product of his mouth yet the soul of the transgressors will eat violence 13:03 He that keeps his mouth keeps his life yet he that opens wide his lips will have destruction 13:04 The soul of the sluggard desires and has nothing yet the soul of the diligent will be made fat 13:05 A righteous man hates lying yet a wicked man is loathsome and comes to shame 13:06 Righteousness keeps him that is upright in the way yet wickedness overthrows the sinner 13:07 There is that makes himself rich yet has nothing there is that makes himself poor snares of death 13:15 Good understanding wins favor yet the way of transgressors is hard 13:16 Every prudent man deals with knowledge yet a fool lays open his folly 13:17 A wicked messenger falls into mischief yet a faithful delegate is health 13:18 Poverty and shame will be to him that refuses instruction yet he that regards reproof will be honored 13:19 The desire accomplished is sweet to the soul yet it is abomination to fools to depart from evil 13:20 He that walks with wise men will be wise yet the companion of fools will be destroyed 13:21 Evil pursues sinners yet to the righteous good will be repaid 13:22 A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just 13:23 Much food is in the tillage of the poor yet there is that is destroyed for lack of judgement 13:24 He that spares his rod hates his son yet he that loves him chastens him betimes 13:25 The righteous eats to the satisfying of his soul yet the belly of the wicked will want 14:01 Every wise woman builds her house yet the foolish plucks it down with her hands 14:02 He that walks in his uprightness fears THAT I AM yet he that is perverse in his ways despises IT 14:03 In the mouth of the foolish is a rod of pride yet the lips of the wise will preserve them 14:04 The crib is clean when there are no oxen yet much increase is by the strength of the ox 14:05 A man when you perceive he does not have the lips of knowledge 14:08 The wisdom of the prudent is to understand his way yet the folly of fools is deceit 14:09 Fools make a mock at sin yet among the righteous there is favor 14:10 The heart knows its own bitterness and a stranger does not intermeddle in its joy 14:11 The house of the wicked will be overthrown yet the tabernacle of the upright will flourish 14:12 There is a way which seems right unto a man yet the end thereof are the ways of death 14:14 Even in laughter the heart is sorrowful and the end of mirth is heaviness 14:15 The simple believes every word yet the prudent man looks well to his going 14:16 A wise man fears and departs from evil yet the fool rages and is confident 14:17 He that is soon angry deals foolishly and a man of wicked devices is hated 14:18 The simple inherit folly yet the prudent are crowned with knowledge 14:19 The evil bow before the good and the wicked at the gates of the righteous 14:20 The poor is truth will be to those who devise good 14:23 In all labor there is profit yet the talk of the lips tends only to penury 14:24 The crown of the wise is their riches yet the foolishness of fools is folly 14:25 A true witness delivers souls yet a deceitful witness speaks lies 14:26 In the fear of THAT I AM is strong confidence and ITS children will have a refuge 14:27 The fear of THAT I AM is a fountain of life to depart from the snares of death 14:28 In the multitude of people is the king's honor yet in the want of people is the destruction of the prince 14:29 He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding yet he that is hasty of spirit exalts folly 14:30 A sound heart is the life of the flesh yet envy the rottenness of the bones 14:31 He that oppresses the poor reproaches THAT I AM yet he that honors IT has mercy on the poor 14:32 The wicked is driven away in his wickedness yet the righteous has hope in his death 14:33 Wisdom rests in the heart of him that has understanding yet that which is in the midst of fools is made known 14:34 Righteousness exalts a nation yet sin is a reproach to any people 14:35 The king's favor is toward a wise servant yet his wrath is against him that causes shame 15:01 A soft answer turns away wrath yet grevious words stir up anger 15:02 The tongue of the wise uses knowledge aright yet the mouth of fools pours out foolishness 15:03 The eyes of THAT I AM are in every place beholding the evil and the good 15:04 A wholesome tongue is a tree of life yet perverseness therein is a breach in the spirit 15:05 A fool despises his father's instruction yet he that regards reproof is prudent 15:06 In the house of the righteous is much treasure yet in the revenues of the wicked is trouble 15:07 The lips of the wise disperse knowledge yet the heart of the foolish does not so 15:08 The sacrifice of the wicked is an abomination to THAT I AM yet the prayer of the upright is ITS delight 15:09 The way of the wicked is an abomination to THAT I AM yet IT loves him that follows after righteousness 15:10 Correction is grevious to him that forsakes the way and he that hates reproof will die 15:11 Hell and destruction are before THAT I AM how much more then the children of men? 15:12 A scorner does not love one that reproves him neither will he go to the wise 15:13 A merry heart makes a cheerful countenance yet by sorrow of heart the spirit is broken 15:14 The heart of him that has understanding seeks knowledge yet the mouth of fools feeds on foolishness 15:15 All the days of the afflicted are evil yet he that is of a merry heart has a continual feast 15:16 Better is little with fear of THAT I AM than great treasure and trouble therewith 15:17 Better is a dinner of herbs where love is than a stalled ox and hatred with it 15:18 A wrathful man stirs up strife yet he that is slow to anger appeases strife 15:19 The way of the slothful man is like a hedge of thorns yet the way of the righteous is made plain 15:20 A wise son makes a glad father yet a foolish man despises his mother 15:21 Folly is joy to him that is destitute of wisdom yet a man of understanding walks uprightly 15:22 Without counsel purposes are disappointed yet in the multitude of counsellors they are established 15:23 A man has joy by the answer of his mouth and a word spoken in due season - how good is it! 15:24 The way of life is above to the wise that he may depart from hell beneath 15:25 THAT I AM will destroy the house of the proud yet IT will establish the border of the widow 15:26 The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to THAT I AM yet the words of the pure are pleasant words 15:27 He that is greedy of gain troubles his own house yet he that hates gifts will live 15:28 The heart of the righteous studies to answer yet the mouth of the wicked pours out evil things 15:29 THAT I AM is far from the wicked yet IT hears the prayer of the righteous 15:30 The light of the eyes rejoices the heart and a good report makes the bones fat 15:31 The ear that hears the reproof of life abides among the wise 15:32 He that refuses instruction despises his own soul yet he that hears reproof gets understanding 15:33 The fear of THAT I AM is the instruction of wisdom and before honor is humility 16:01 The preparations oft he heart in man and the answer from the tongue is from THAT I AM 16:02 All the ways of a man are clean in his own eyes yet THAT I AM weighs the spirits 16:03 Commit your works to THAT I AM and your thoughts will be established 16:04 THAT I AM has made all things for ITSELF yea - even the wicked for an evil day 16:05 Everyone that is proud in heart is an abomination to THAT I AM though hand join in hand he will not be unpunished 16:06 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged and by fear of THAT I AM men depart from evil 16:07 When a man's ways please THAT I AM IT makes even his enemies to be at peace with him 16:08 Better is a little with righteousness than great revenues without right 16:09 A man's heart devises his way yet THAT I AM directs his steps 16:10 The authority on the lips of the king is imaginary yet no one dares judge him to be in error 16:11 A just weight and balance are through THAT I AM all the weights in the bag are ITS work 16:12 It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness for the thrown is established by righteousness 16;13 Righteous lips are the delight of kings and they love him that speaks right 16:14 The wrath of a king is like messengers of death yet a wise man will pacify it 16:15 In the light of the king's countenance is life and his favor is like a cloud of the latter rain 16:16 How much better it is to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver! 16:17 The highway of the upright is to depart from evil he that keeps his way preserves his soul 16:18 Pride goes before destruction and a haughty spirit before a fall 16:19 Better it is to be of a humble spirit with the lowly than to divide the spoil with the proud 16:20 He that handles a matter wisely will find good and whoso trusts in THAT I AM is content 16:21 The wise in heart will be called prudent and the sweetness of the lips increases learning 16:22 Understanding is a wellspring of life to him that has it yet the instruction of fools is folly 16:23 The heart of the wise teaches his mouth and adds learning to his lips 16:24 Pleasant words are like a honeycomb sweet to the soul and health to the bones 16:25 There is a way that seems right to a man yet the end thereof are the ways of death 16:26 He that labors does so for himself for his mouth craves it of him 16:27 An unprincipled man digs up evil and in his lips there is what is like a raging fire 16:28 A froward man sows strife and a whisperer separates chief friends 16:29 A violent man entices his neighbor and leads him into the way that is not good 16:30 He shuts his eyes to devise froward things he causes evil with his lips 16:31 The hoary head is a crown of glory if it be found in the way of righteousness 16:32 He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty and he that rules his spirit is better than he who takes a city 16:33 The lot is cast into the lap yet every decision made thereby is from THAT I AM 17:01 Better is a dry morsel and quietness therewith than a house full of feasting with strife 17:02 A wise servant will rule over a son that causes shame and will have a part of the inheritance with the brothers 17:03 The fining pot is for silver and the furnace for gold yet THAT I AM tries the hearts 17:04 A wicked doer gives heed to false lips and a liar gives ear to a naughty tongue 17:05 Whoso mocks the poor reproaches THAT I AM and he that is glad at calamities will not go unpunished 17:06 Children's children are the crown of old men and the glory of children is their fathers 17:07 Excellent speech is not fitting for a fool much less are lying lips befitting of a prince 17:08 A gift is like a precious stone in the eyes of him that has it whatever it is used for is always expected to be a success 17:09 He that covers a transgression seeks love yet he that repeats a matter separates close friends 17:10 A reproof enters more into a wise man than a hundred stripes into a fool 17:11 An evil man seeks only rebellion therefore a cruel messenger will be sent against him 17:12 Let a bear robbed of her whelps meet a man rather than a fool in his folly 17:13 Whoso rewards evil for good evil will not depart from his house 17:14 The beginning of strife is like when one lets out water therefore leave off contention before getting involved with it 17:15 He that justifies the wicked and he that condemns the just both are abomination to THAT I AM 17:16 Wherefore is there a price in the hand of a fool to get wisdom seeing he has no heart to it? 17:17 A friend loves at all times and a brother is born for adversity 17:18 A man void of understanding strikes hands and becomes surety for his friend 17:19 He loves transgression that loves strife and he that exalts his gate seeks destruction 17:20 He that has a froward heart finds no good and he that has a perverse tongue falls into mischief 17:21 He that begets a fool does it to his own sorrow and the father of a fool has no joy 17:22 A merry heart does good like a medicine yet a broken spirit dries the bones 17:23 A wicked man produces a gift from his bosom to pervert the ways of justice 17:24 Wisdom is before him that has understanding yet the eyes of a fool are in the ends of the earth 17:25 A foolish son is a grief to his father and bitterness to her who bore him 17:26 Also to punish the just is not good nor to strike princes for equity 17:27 He that has knowledge spares his words and a man of understanding is of an excellent spirit 17:28 Even a fool is counted wise when he holds his peace and he that shuts his lips is esteemed a man of understanding 18:01 After separating himself a man seeks and intermeddles with all wisdom through desire 18:02 A fool has no delight in understanding yet that his heart may discover itself 18:03 When the wicked comes contempt also comes and with infamy comes also reproach 18:04 The words of a man's heart are like deep waters and the wellspring of wisdom is like a flowing brook 18:05 It is not good to accept the person of the wicked if it is to overthrow the righteous in judgement 18:06 A fool's lips enter into destruction and his lips are the snare of his soul 18:07 A fool's mouth is his destruction and his lips are a snare to his soul 18:08 The words of a talebearer are like wounds and they go down into the innermost parts of the belly 18:09 He that is slothful in his work is also brother to one who is a great waster 18:10 The name of THAT I AM is a strong tower the righteous runs into it and is safe 18:11 The rich man's wealth is his strong city and like a high wall in his own conceit 18:12 Before destruction the heart of man is haughty and before honor is humility 18:13 He that answers a matter before he hears it it is folly and shame unto him 18:14 The spirit of man will sustain his infirmity yet who can bear a wounded spirit? 18:15 The heart of the prudent gets knowledge and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge 18:16 A man's gift makes room for him and brings him before great men 18:17 He that is first in his own cause seems just yet his neighbor comes and searches him 18:18 The lot causes contentions to cease and decides between strong contenders 18:19 A brother offended is harder to be won than a strong city and their contentions are like the bars of a castle 18:20 A man's belly will be satisfied with the product of his mouth and with the increase of his lips he will be satisfied 18:21 Death and life are in the power of the tongue and they that love it will eat its product 18:22 Whoso finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains the favor of THAT I AM 18:23 The poor use entreaties yet the rich answer roughly 18:24 A man that has friends must show himself friendly and there is a friend that sticks closer than a brother 19:01 Better is the poor that walks in his integrity than he that is perverse in his lips and is a fool 19:02 That the soul be without knowledge is not good and he that hastens with his feet is a sinner 19:03 The foolishness of man perverts his way and his heart frets against THAT I AM 19:04 Wealth makes many friends yet the poor is separated from his neighbor 19:05 A false witness will not be unpunished and he that speaks lies will not escape 19:06 Many will intreat the favor of the prince and every man is a friend to him that gives gifts 19:07 All the brethren of the poor do hate him how much more do his friends go far from him? he pursues them with words yet words are wanting to him 19:08 He that gets wisdom loves his own soul he that keeps understanding will find good 19:09 A false witness will not be unpunished and he that speaks lies will not escape 19:10 Delight is not seemly for a fool much less for a servant to rule over princes 19:11 The discretion of a man defers his anger and it is his glory to look over a transgression 19:12 The king's wrath is like the roaring of a lion yet his favor is like dew upon a lawn 19:13 A foolish son is the calamity of his father and the contentions of a wife are a continual dropping 19:14 House and riches are the inheritance of fathers and a prudent wife is from THAT I AM 19:15 Slothfulness casts into a deep sleep and an idle soul will suffer hunger 19:16 He that keeps the commandment keeps his soul yet he that despises his ways will die 19:17 He that has pity on the poor lends to THAT I AM and IT will pay him again what he has given 19:18 Chasten your son while there is hope and let not your soul spare for his crying 19:19 A man of great wrath will suffer punishment for if you deliver him you must do it again 19:20 Hear counsel and receive instruction that you may be wise in your latter end 19:21 There are many devices in a man's heart nevertheless the counsel pf THAT I AM will stand 19:22 The desire of a man is his kindness and a poor man is better than a liar 19:23 The fear of THAT I AM tends to life and he that has it will abide satisfied and will not be visited by evil 19:24 A slothful man hides his hand in his bosom and will not even bring it to his mouth again 19:25 Smite a scorner and the simple will beware and reprove one that has understanding so he will understand knowledge 19:26 He that wastes his father and chases away his mother is a son that causes shame and brings reproach 19:27 Cease to hear the instruction that causes to err from the words of knowledge 19:28 An unprincipled witness scorns judgement and the mouth of the wicked devours iniquity 19:29 Judgements are prepared for scorners and stripes for the backs of fools 20:01 Wine is a mocker and strong drink is raging whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise 20:02 The fear of a king is like the roaring of a lion whoso provokes a king's anger sins against his own soul 20:03 It is an honor for a man to cease from strife yet every fool will be meddling 20:04 The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold in harvest time therefore he will have nothing and must beg 20:05 Counsel in the heart of man is like deep water yet a man of understanding will draw it out 20:06 Most men will proclaim his own goodness yet a faithful man who can find? 20:07 The just man walks in his integrity his children are blesses after him 20:08 A king that sits in the thrown of judgement scatters away all evil with his eyes 20:09 Who can say 'I have made my heart clean I am pure of my Relevance, because the topic is instruction in morality. Accuracy, because every word is verifiably true. Coherence, because the writing style is strictly informative and does not deviate throughout the continuity. Thoroughness, because the broadness of scope of the information is sufficient to all applications. I postulate the above rendered section of scripture is effective at summarizing the main theme of the Bible and is sufficient to clarify its message. The rest of the Bible is disqualified for reasons such as rhetorical confusion (popular in the Greek), digression into historical narratives (like in Kings/Chronicles), culturally contextual instruction that is not addressed to all audiences (as in Deuteronomy), or cryptic, uninterpretability (Genesis, Revelation). Proverbs chapter 8, for example, despite obviously exceptional merit, is disincluded because of its personification of wisdom as a character as if in a drama. While it is romantic in a literary fashion to play with dolls in this way, it is neither factual nor informative to do so, thus the disqualification of Proverbs 8. That is not to say the rest of the Bible is invalid, but to suggest that a proper study of its texts is conducted with the understanding that these Proverbs are the key to the understanding of all things, including the rest of the scripture. Therefore the contribution I should hope to be making is the promotion of Proverbs 10 through 22:16 above all other sections of the book, to the effect that the meaning of all the scriptures is discerned according to the knowledge of THAT I AM so effectively communicated here. In The Perfect Wisdom of THAT I AM is compositional sinlessness -- indispensible to a document dedicated to the criticism of sin, such as the Bible. ---------------------------------------- That I Am ---------------------------------------- On planet Earth, beings made of flesh are called 'conscious beings' because they have the capacity to experience their lives. This capacity enables them to experience pleasure and pain. Therefore, it becomes necessary to implement a code of behavior for the conscious beings sharing a world together in order that they cooperate so that needless suffering may be prevented. One popular set of laws is from the Bible, and it is based on the idea of That I Am. THAT I AM is a term that is used to refer to every conscious being simultaneously, for the purposes of decision making. The goal of invoking THAT I AM is to focus on what matters: the experience of the conscious beings. With consciousness as our base unit for rationalization, we are able to most effectively minimize and eliminate suffering. To clarify further, Proverbs chapter 8 describes 'The fear of THAT I AM' as 'the hatred of evil.' Because evil is defined as whatever is detrimental to a conscious being, we can hopefully understand THAT I AM as the element of consciousness. Exodus 3 introduces THAT I AM in Hebrew as 'YA ASHER ECKLON ASHER' which is traditionally translated into English as 'I am THAT I AM,' which I interpret as 'My name is THAT I AM.' To describe the name of THAT I AM it is necessary to define 'ECKLON'/'THAT' as well as 'ASHER/I AM'. We can understand what is 'ASHER/I AM' as the most basic affirmation of life, to be able to say, for example, 'I exist.' Therefore, 'ASHER/I AM' is a reference to consciousness and might be used for an individual instance of consciousness. 'ECKLON/THAT' gives broadness of scope to 'ASHER/I AM,' so as to refer to the greatness of all consciousnesses. That is to say, consciousness as an element. Totality of all conscious beings, or consciousness in a generic sense may be represented by 'THAT I AM'. The Bible recurringly describes THAT I AM as the 'spirit of all the living' and I assert this saying is deeply rooted in the true interpretation of the tetragrammaton, with ECKLON as 'all' and ASHER as 'the living.' The law is not the only function of THAT I AM, yet it is the origin of the popularity of the idea. To carefully measure the effect of any action or system upon all the living beings whose experience of life is changed by that action is also useful in the pursuit of technical and intellectual progress. The careful and successful employment of any material or sociological implementation is enhanced by the respect of THAT I AM. ---------------------------------------- The Prayer of THAT I AM ---------------------------------------- "Fortunate is the man who does not proceed in wickedness nor permits unnecessary sins to linger, nor allows his arrogance to abide. He values what THAT I AM reveals to him, and reflects on it continually. He is PATIENT, OBSERVANT, FOREBEARING, and UNFAILING. In all that he does, he prospers. Not so the wicked, whose methods are temporary and unreliable. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgement, for it is clear they will be overthrown. And sinners will not enter into the company of the righteous, because the path of the righteous is the path of the least sin." It is suggested that a prayer of this type be repeated up to fifty times per day in order to get the most benefit from its recitation. Doing this many repetitions of the prayer should have the effect that you are able to apply the wisdom of the prayer to many of the circumstances you encounter throughout the course of such a practice. When this is accomplished, the qualities of THAT I AM as described in the prayer are brought to rememberance more often. Therefore the prayerful person going about their day is more likely to recognize the expression of THAT I AM when it is encountered in their life. It is also a productive practice to recite the following after each repetition: "THAT I AM is capital" (as in, there is true and accepted value to THAT I AM) "THAT I AM is capital" (THAT I AM is a social element we share and trade) "THAT I AM is capital" (THAT I AM can be amassed into a wealth) "Watchfulness is from THAT I AM" (Sobriety is from THAT I AM) "Watchfulness is from THAT I AM" (Careful attention is from THAT I AM) "Watchfulness is from THAT I AM" (THAT I AM is consciousness) Prostration is recommendable for the last part: "THAT I AM is most high" (THAT I AM is above all things) "THAT I AM is most high" (THAT I AM is the highest authority) "THAT I AM is most high" (THAT I AM is better than your personal desires) "THAT I AM is most high" (The mercy of THAT I AM is preferred by all) "THAT I AM is most high" (Whatsoever you do is done best dedicated to THAT I AM) "THAT I AM is most high" (THAT I AM is more important than religion or prayer) "THAT I AM is most high" (THAT I AM is greater than earth and being human) "THAT I AM is most high" (THAT I AM is all-mighty and compulsory ALGEBRA/TRUTH) "THAT I AM is most high" (Nothing will avail you against THAT I AM) If it is the will of THAT I AM you will find my interpretations lacking and THAT I AM will reveal your own to you, if you only take care to recite prayerfully. This many repetitions may seem redundant, futile, or vain. On the other hand, by marinating your mind in the truth of THAT I AM you should achieve effects that are best learned about through experience. "Don't knock it until you try it!" ---------------------------------------- Vegetables ---------------------------------------- Animal cruelty is a metaphor for the disrespect of humans. Whosoever is unkind to an animal is likely to be unkind in similar fashion to a human, and the ultimate end of this evil is the degredation and dehumanization of people. Vegetables are important as substitutes for animal products - this enables us to be gracious hosts to our animal subordinates, and equips the future with a precedent to inherit that is not counter-productive to all living beings and civilization itself. Eat only vegetables (I'M NOT A DOCTOR, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE YOU DRAMATICALLY ALTER YOUR DIET) and ... ...save a farmer, ...save an animal, ...save yourself, ...save the world! You save a farmer when you relieve them of the burden of providing living accomodations to animals, which are below the dignity of the farmer and any human being to maintain. You save an animal when they are not fenced in, enslaved, or slaughtered in order to force their labor from them. You save yourself because the vegetable nutrition is cleaner to prepare and digest, and a standard of human behavior that is respectful of all life also enhances interactions between humans. You save the world when the global consciousness is promoted to a greater understanding of the condition of life while the suffering of people and animals is significantly reduced simultaneously. This idea is the best thing that has ever existed as far as anyone has ever documented. There has never been such an initiative to counter needless cruelty and disgust. When actions are taken based on this discipline of respect for the life in living beings, the ultimate morality is achieved! ---------------------------------------- Inferiority of the Vow ---------------------------------------- One who refrains from making vows does well. There is more than one reason: First off, when you make a vow, you make an arrogant claim: that you have the power to fulfill your vow. This is a thing which you can not guarantee. Experience should reveal this to you. Second of all, your vow will arouse the jealousy of THAT I AM, because to make a vow is to violate the first and third commandments. It is idolotry to make or uphold a vow, and THAT I AM will not protect one who vows. Thirdly, Satan will evaluate your vow for its potential to introduce evil into the world. If evil will be introduced into the world more efficiently with the fulfillment of your vow, Satan will support you in fulfilling your vow. If evil will be introduced into the world more efficiently with your failure to uphold the vow, then Satan will oppose you in your fulfilling of the vow. We can therefore see that a vow is not property of THAT I AM for goodness but is propriety of Satan towards the purposes of evil. It is impossible that good can come from a vow, and it is safe to assume that when a vow makes itself manifest that mischief is at work! ---------------------------------------- Satan ---------------------------------------- Satan is Hebrew for 'adversary' and is a supernatural being of elemental adversity. Satan is a force of elemental evil as the adversary of all good, and its powers are limited only by the requirement there be an end balance that is gainful toward evil on all transactions. Satan's characteristic qualities are those of: speed - the wrecklessness and danger of speed is a wickedness of materialistic obsession with disregard for the effect on other living beings and one's own self. abomination - when constituent elements of a whole system are mismatched and misappropriated, the result is abomination. Abomination is imbalance and produces disfunction. deception - Deception is dishonesty and includes every type of cheating, scam artistry, lie, and subterfuge magic - the violation of any of the laws of physics governing material on magic: -> a psychic power is a magic closely associated with Satanic activity. It involves involuntary thoughts, or when you believe you are thinking a thing but are not actually the author of the thoughts. Satan censors and controls all psychic transmissions. (example: Evil thoughts during prayer are commonly complained about in Christianity. Unrelated yet more common is a desire disguised as one's own, but is not from one's self. All desire should by default be suspect of being Satanic, and the only way to be sure that I know of is to verify the goodness of the desire logically.) -> synchronicity is the magical manipulation of physical phenomenon to disturb and violate the mundanity. (example: Confederate soldier N. B. Forrest, who preferred working independent of other commanders, suffered the loss of his artillery officer whose name happened to be 'Freeman.' Synchronistically, Forrest is thereafter shortly summoned to work in cooperation with many other commanders in the famous battle of Chickamauga.) -> the two powers above are linked to form a psychic-synchronicity which includes psychic phenomenon timed to correspond with synchronistic activity (example: When the Israelites desired quail during the exodus, their mental desire corresponded with a sarcastically miraculous quantity of cursed quails.). The ultimate nature of Satan is to oppose the interests of all living beings, or the will of THAT I AM (the spirit of consciousness). The effect of Satan's success is illness and injury, including poverty and torture. ---------------------------------------- Capital ---------------------------------------- Contemporary knowledge states that money is exchanged for goods and services. This is a flawed concept because all goods are only rendered by services, as there is no good that is not produced by a labor. This collapses goods into services and defines capital as payment for services. A more proper definition of capital is therefore like this: Money is the compensation for the laborer. That the worker has not gone unrewarded, and their effort has not been ignored while the product of it is made useful -- this is the goal of the capital. It should be possible then to theorize that capital could be backed by labor. The means of this practice is to print money directly to the laborer. The result of this practice is that the laborer is paid without the beneficiary of their labor having to compensate them out of their pitiful lack of resources. This is a valuable idea for supporting the laborless -- those who can not work and have no money to pay with. They could thus acquire their necessary essentials without elaborate schemes such as charities and welfares. A drawback to this idea is that essential labor must be defined as well as thoroughly beaurocratized. However, essental laborers still enjoy the liberty of spending as they desire, including spending on non-essential businesses. In this way the free market is still preserved, and is moreover enhanced by the fact that it is now unburdened by the need to be responsive to necessity. It should be possible to say this theory of capital enables those who are underpriviledged and broadens the expression of those who are rewarded for doing what needs to be done. All good is from THAT I AM. ---------------------------------------- From Everlasting to Everlasting ---------------------------------------- What happened that caused our world to exist, and what is going to happen that is going to cause it to cease? What is your interpretion of Genesis, or do you believe in the Big Bang? How does Armageddon transpire, and how can you expect things to be thereafter? These questions are vanity and need not be. The concern of the Bible is morality, and our concern with our lives is morality. To assert that one knows what one has not verified is dishonest, and the righteous have no part with dishonesty. None of us were present at the beginning of the world, nor has anyone been to the end of the world and returned. So it's a matter of discipline to avoid this trap of arrogance. A method I have found effective is expressed by a Biblical phrase in Psalms: "from Everlasting to Everlasting" The implication of this phrase is that there is no beginning and no end to existence and the world. While that idea is not provable either, to consider the possibility of an arrangement like it dispels the gravity of the creation and end-times debates. If it is possible there was no creation and will be no Armageddon, then all discussion of such topics have a humble yet viable competitor. In challenging the conventional belief system of poorly founded presumption, we liberate our attention so that we may focus on what can actually be practically approached, and pertains to us: the integrity of our conduct. Who can tell you where life came from, or what its end will be? Who would you believe and why? What tangible effect will your belief have on your life and those around you? What is the safest course of action when you are presented with questions that you can not personally have the answer to? Should heresay or a rumor frame your existence? If you feel like these questions are important, is it right to accept conjecture or theory as satifactory answers? If scripture is reliable, how well can theories of interpretations be validated, and does THAT I AM actually forbid us to know the answers to these types of questions? If so, are those who claim to know in danger? Do they endanger those they teach? It is a warning and a mercy to invite you to consider these things. No one can go wrong with a healthy and realistic orientation towards goodness and upright conduct. Whatsoever is beyond that is candidate for suspicion, and a distraction to those who believe. Temptation and pride are adverse to prudence and caution. THAT I AM charges us with real duties, and to be rigorous in honesty is one of them. That means admiting when you can not possibly know a thing, and making effort to discern the authoritative from the sensational. ---------------------------------------- apology to cats ---------------------------------------- planet earth is a truly perilous place for a cute little creature like a cat cats found a place of refuge from predators, however, in human settlements where they have been accomodated as mascots and appreciated for their sophisticated affection so cats lived among humans for hundreds or thousands of years as their relationship was agreeable to both parties one dark day in the twentieth century all of this changed and the cat which dwelt trustingly beside humans became victim of a new impersonal and lethal violence: the automobile as the urban environment is composed of streets paved upon the surface of the earth in a grid-shaped pattern, our beloved cat was left with no refuge and no place of security since the cat has committed no sin against the human, this is injustice in plain view... therefore may THAT I AM Most High And Exalted punish humanity with dishonor until their insensitivity become recognised as their adversary until the cat is remembered by the humans and respected as one ought to respect their faithful friends and family members, humanity cannot in any way be considered trustworthy or responsible visit also the cat protection society(http://thecatprotectionsociety.org/index.html) and natcat.org(http://natcat.org) every apology to cats and peace upon their holy existence ---------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------- This document is distributed from http://thatiam.neocities.org (The Perfect Wisdom of THAT I AM) All content is by Richard Woods through the inspiration of THAT I AM.
